Complete the form. You may want to use your monthly bill as a guide for answering some of the questions.
Determine which of the long distance plans offered by Great Plains Communications Long Distance meets your needs. If you need clarification or have any questions, please call our Customer Response Representative at 1-888-343-8014.
Check the box next to your long distance plan selection.
Click the 'Submit' button at the bottom of this page to give permission to have your Long Distance Service charged.

I designate Great Plains Communications Long Distance as my agent, for the sole purpose of submitting a change for my preferred long distance service provider to Great Plains Communications Long Distance.

Simplicity Platinum - 9c per minute + $5.95 per month, Anytime!

Simplicity Bundled - Residential customers 7.5c per minute after the 120 minutes. and Business customers 6.7c per minute after the 120 minutes. Available to customers who bundle long distance with other services!
