Customer Response Representative
Chadron, Nebraska
We are looking for a highly motivated, outgoing and detail-oriented person to interact with customers both face-to-face and telephonically, processing customer requests, making service recommendations and accepting/applying customer payments. The company currently has one full-time customer service position available in our Chadron office. Weekly work hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday – Friday. Successful candidates must have strong computer and Windows-based applications knowledge, a minimum of 2-3 years customer service experience and 2-3 years sales experience (inbound and/or outbound), business written and verbal communication skills, typing speed and accuracy of minimum 45 WPM, 10-key calculator skills, filing skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. Systems Analyst
Blair, Nebraska
We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented person to provide support for company IT computing systems. Duties include:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining the hardware and software for PCs, servers, and relevant local area network components
- Ensuring systems are configured and supported in a secure, efficient, reliable, and cost-effective manner throughout their production life cycle
- Providing technical leadership, technical support, and customer service for IT-related problems across all company operating entities
- Ensuring applications are properly installed and maintained, and all essential information and data files are backed up on a regular basis
Successful candidate must be knowledgeable of the hardware and software environment of Windows-based workstations and servers; Linux, VMWare, and Citrix; network infrastructure, IP schemes, and VLANS; and basic scripting. Must be able to research technical problems and find or create appropriate solutions.
Associates degree in computer science, computer information systems, telecommunications, or similar area, plus 3-5 years IT support experience desired. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and customer service skills required. Must be able to lift 35-50 pounds and work non-standard hours as necessary.

CONSTRUCTION LABORERS
Great Plains Underground Construction, based in Creighton, Nebraska, is looking for laborers to install communication and utility infrastructures. Must be able to operate construction equipment and tools, including trenchers, backhoes, skid loaders, tractors, and trucks. Must also be able to dig and lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
