Winter may be ending, but good television is always in season. There are some intense premieres starting this week, from Designated Survivor coming back after a very dramatic winter finale to the hit series, Underground returning for a second season. You might also recognize some familiar faces in new series premiering, such as John Lithgow in the NBC series, Trial & Error, and Rosario Dawson in the Marvel series, Iron Fist on Netflix.
